Skin Laundry accepts returns of unused products in their original packaging purchased at any Skin Laundry clinic or their online store for a full refund within 30 days with an original receipt. Products purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by Skin Laundry.

Gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

There are two ways to return online orders to Skin Laundry:

1. By mail: Fill out the Returns Form that came in your package and ship the form and item(s) back using a carrier of your choice. Include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Returns sent by mail by the original purchaser will be refunded to the original method of payment. If you received the item(s) as a gift and do not want the refund to go to the original purchaser, indicate this on the Returns Form. In that case, a Skin Laundry gift card for the appropriate refund amount will be issued. Returns that are either not accompanied by the original order details or received more than 30 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for a Skin Laundry gift card in the amount of the original purchase price.
2. To a Skin Laundry clinic: Bring your return to any Skin Laundry clinic along with a receipt showing the price paid for the product. A refund will be submitted on the original method of payment within two business days by the Skin Laundry headquarters office. Alternatively, you may exchange the product for any product of the same value or request store credit in the form of a Skin Laundry gift card.

For store-purchased orders, bring your return along with the cash register receipt to the original purchase location and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that Skin Laundry is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return was due to a mistake on their part.
